Hello, I am Max Andrade, a lifelong technologist and senior solution architect with over 27 years of experience designing, delivering, and evolving enterprise systems. My career began in the early days of the web, building applications for organisations of all sizes, and has since spanned development leadership, senior consulting, and architecture roles across Brazil, the United States, and Australia

Over more than two decades in architecture and consulting, I have helped organisations modernise complex platforms, migrate mission-critical workloads, and evolve legacy environments into resilient cloud-based systems. My experience spans application development, enterprise content management, large-scale cloud transformation, and complex integration landscapes across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. Throughout this journey, I have consistently worked at the intersection of architecture, hands-on engineering, and stakeholder collaboration, guiding teams through technically and organisationally challenging deliveries.

Across industries — including professional services, energy, finance, education, and government, my focus has remained constant: designing systems that are robust, scalable, maintainable, and genuinely aligned with business needs. I follow a philosophy I call Invisible Complexity: building solutions that may be sophisticated under the hood, but feel clean, clear, and intuitive to those who use and maintain them.

In recent years, my attention has increasingly shifted toward the rapid evolution of Artificial Intelligence. I actively research and experiment with generative and agent-based AI systems, exploring how they can be integrated into enterprise workflows to improve software delivery, automate reasoning and decision support, and reduce operational burden. My interest in AI is grounded in practical application, understanding where it adds real value, how it complements human expertise, and how it can be introduced responsibly into existing architectures.

Today, I am most energized by blending traditional architectural discipline with AI-native approaches. Whether modernising established platforms, designing cloud-first architectures, or introducing intelligent automation into existing systems, my goal is always the same: reduce unnecessary complexity, minimise manual effort, and deliver durable, high-quality solutions.

After nearly three decades in technology, I have never been more optimistic about what lies ahead. AI-enhanced engineering is reshaping how systems are designed, built, and operated, and I am committed to staying at the leading edge, continuously learning, experimenting, and applying these capabilities to real-world enterprise challenges.
